We’ll get your computer connected**, provide a complete set up process including e-mail account set up to your email programs (like Outlook® or Apple® Mail), and provide a 10 point security audit to help with improved protection while on the Internet.

Description

Here’s what we will do:

1. Assist in successfully completing your High Speed Internet connection
2. Perform a demonstration of speed test on download and upload speeds
3. Set Up your ISP e-mail account
4. Set up a single account with customer-supplied e-mail software (Outlook Express®, Outlook, or Apple® Mail)
5. Review a 10 point list of security suggestions while on the Internet
6. Audit current control panel for device management (Windows only) and set security provided by your operating system for added protection
7. Assure critical updates are properly set for operating system and your active supplied security application
